1.概況與原理 Overview and principle
  DZS系列制動器(簡稱制動器)是在電源切斷或電路故障后通過彈簧施加壓力,通過摩擦而達到制動作用,為一種電磁安全制動器。

  制動原理:制動器斷電時,推力彈簧(7)壓緊銜鐵(4),制動盤(3)被夾緊在銜鐵(4)和電機端蓋(1)之間,制動扭矩通過制動盤的齒圈(3)和齒輪套(6)傳遞到傳動系統中。

3.裝配條件 Assembly condition

  1) 電機軸相對于安裝孔節距圓的偏心不能超過0.2mm。

  2) 安裝面與電機軸的跳動公差不能超過0.08mm。

     Installation of a beating with the motor shaft tolerances can not exceed 0.08mm.

  3) 齒輪套(6)和軸配合選擇要避免齒輪套(6)變形,齒輪會導致制動盤(3)卡在齒輪套(6)上,由此導致制動故障。

  4) 制動盤(3)和制動面一定不能有油或脂。

4.安裝 Installation

  1) 將齒輪套(6)安裝到傳動軸上,配平鍵(鍵的長度要覆蓋整個齒輪套),并軸向可靠固定。

2) 將制動盤(3)裝配到齒輪套(6)上,并能軸向自由滑動。

3) 用安裝螺釘(9)將制動器安裝在電機端蓋(或法蘭)上,如空心螺栓(2)發生干涉,將其旋入磁軛組件(8)即可。

5.氣隙的調整Air-gap adjustment

  1) 氣隙是通過安裝螺釘(9)來調節的,旋緊(順時針)時氣隙漸小,反之氣隙漸大。

  2) 將空心螺栓(2)旋入磁軛組件(8)到氣隙調整不干涉的位置。

  3) 不同型號制動器安裝氣隙見表1,旋動安裝螺釘(9)將等同安裝螺釘數量、等同表一安裝氣隙厚度的塞尺或未變形的金屬片夾緊在磁軛組件(8)和銜鐵 (4)之間,塞尺的位置盡量靠近安裝螺栓(9),微微松開安裝螺釘(9),以正好抽出塞尺止(盡量少松)。

  5) 用等同安裝氣隙厚度的塞尺測量制動器氣隙,當氣隙不均勻時需重新調整,按上述第3)條方法在相應氣隙不正確的安裝螺栓處逐個調整,直到達到標準值為止。

6.維護:須在無負載狀態下進行。

1) 制動盤(3)是制動器的重要部件,堅固且耐磨,這保證了制動器很長的使用壽命。當然在工作的過程中會磨損,制動器的工作間隙隨之增大,當超過最大氣隙時,須對其氣隙進行重新調整達到安裝氣隙(按第5條內容調整)。

2) 當制動盤(3)磨損嚴重無法調整氣隙或損壞就需更換,將制動器卸下取出制動盤,清潔各部件的污垢,檢查摩擦面是否平行、平整,若有異常需進行修復或更換部件。
